From MQK30 to 1MQK40: The Evolution You Deserve

You must know the very popular MiMA MQK30 model, a multi-directional counterbalanced forklift, not only handling long material at ease, but also perfectly suitable for indoor and outdoor environments, and all complex working conditions and tough terrains.

But recently, MiMA forklift introduced a new model, 1MQK40. You may wonder, it’s just a tonnage-increased truck based on the original MQK30; that’s totally wrong. Our technicians and production staff have made a lot of adjustments to give you a better option and a whole new way to improve your business.

1MQK post

Better operation feeling

MQK30 Old feel: You steer, the rear wheels lag, the load drifts, you keep correcting.

1MQK40 New feel: Every little move you steer, the truck follows immediately, no lag, no drift, no fight.

How we did it

• We added a third motor to the rear axle. The original MQK30 is front duplex-drive, and the newly designed 1MQK40 is triplex driven. Now every wheel helps pull and push, so the truck tracks straight even on uneven floors.

• New software reads steering input twice as fast and sends the signal two ways (redundant). If one path hiccups, the other still gets you where you want to go.

Less fatigue, faster cycle times, and no more white-knuckle moments when the forks are ten feet in the air.

Work in comfort

We all know that comfort keeps people productive, and productive people move more pallets.

1MQK30 can only choose an open cab. Wind, rain, dust, and cold can make drivers wear layers or quit early.

Slide the door shut on the 1MQK40’s optional enclosed cab. Same footprint, but we stretched the door opening and lowered the step so you walk in, not climb. Inside, there’s 15 % more leg room and a flat floor, no chance to hump or trip over.

More Room to breathe and move

Old 1MQK30: door cut-out was tight, floor had a ridge, and the pedal felt like a ladder rung. Before drivers climbed in, knees bumped the dash, feet fought for space.

1MQK40 fix: we stretched the cab 6 inches front-to-back, flattened the floor, and widened the step to boot-level height. You simply walk on, sit back, and stretch your legs like in a pickup.

What you feel

• Zero knee knock, zero shin scrape.

• Getting on and off 50+ times a shift now feels like stepping off a curb, not scaling a fence.

• Less fatigue, fewer “I need a break” stops, more pallets per hour.

Space isn’t a luxury; it’s extra minutes on the clock.

Cool parts = longer shifts

Old 1MQK30: all controllers sat in one metal box. Heat stacked up, fans screamed, wires tangled. On hot days, the truck throttled power to protect itself, and your shift slowed down.

1MQK40 fix: Curtis two-in-one brains plus a spread-out layout. Each heat-making part gets its own air channel, cables run in open trays, and nothing is stacked.

What it means

• No power cutbacks at noon in July.

• Less heat means longer component life, fewer surprise repairs.

• Clean wiring lets a tech swap a part in five minutes, not fifty.

Stay at full speed today, avoid the shop tomorrow.

Fix it fast, run it longer

Old pain: The maintenance personnel have to open six panels, hunt through spaghetti wires.

1MQK40 fix: Every fuse, contactor, and sensor sits on the outside of the frame. Pop two latches and it’s all in plain sight, no tools, no yoga poses.

What does it give you

• Swap a blown fuse in two minutes, not twenty.

• Technicians bill fewer hours, trucks sit less, pallets keep moving.

And while we’re talking uptime: against Combilift’s CBE4 we match length, width, and travel speed, but we pack an 80 V 600 Ah lithium pack versus their 72 V 775 Ah lead-acid. More volts, lighter battery, no daily watering, our truck runs longer on one charge and comes back ready after a quick lunch-break plug-in.

Less wrench time, more work time.

Result

The result? 1MQK40 is more than a forklift; it’s a driver’s best teammate. Comfortable, efficient, easy to maintain, and ready for anything your day throws at it.

Let your team do more, with less strain, and no slowdowns. That’s the MiMA difference.
