Como é que o MiMA ajudou uma empresa de borracha a acrescentar corredores sem acrescentar edifícios

Rubber products don’t compress. Warehouses do.

When a rubber manufacturer faced expanding inventory inside fixed walls, they faced a choice: build outward or optimize inward. They chose inward. We brought the MiMA MCC16.

The constraint became the solution.

Most forklifts demand 2.5 meters or more. The MCC16 operates in 1.65. That 85-centimeter difference—less than a standard door frame—translated into 30% more pallet positions. No construction. No relocation. Just reimagined vertical space.

The operator rides upward with the cab. Not beside the load. Above it. The 180-degree rotating forks eliminate the need to turn the chassis. Sideshift handles the rest. Magnetic guidance removes the guesswork from high-bay navigation.

Safety at height isn’t an add-on here. Electronic arm guards lock before lift. Dual-hand and foot-pedal OPS systems ensure the machine moves only when the operator is fully engaged. A rear-view camera watches what the mirror cannot.

This rubber facility didn’t just gain storage density. They gained speed—one-touch fork positioning, synchronized mast movements, preset height selection for recurring shelf levels.

Dense storage often feels like a compromise. Tighter aisles, slower work, higher risk. MiMA MCC16 removes the “or.” You keep the speed. You keep the safety. You simply lose the wasted space.

Some upgrades require new buildings. This one required only new thinking.

Choose MiMA, choose a new idea that brings you success.
