Operation manual for electric Stacker
1、Before stacker start,you should checkthe pump and brake working conditions and to ensure that the battery is fully charged. hold thejoystick, drive the stacker close togoods slowly to, if you want to stop, use the parking brake orfoot brake.
2、unloading of electric Stacker
(1) When the electric Stacker fork at a lowposition from ground, vertical to goods shelf carefully and then insert thepallet
(2) fallback stacker let the pallet forkmove out
(3) then raise the Electric Stacker forksto reach a height as request, and slowly moves to the discharge tray ,at thesame time ensure the pallet fork easy toaccess to the pallet and goods in the safety position of electric Stacker fork
(4) lift the Electric Stacker fork untilpallet be lift from fork.
(5) slowly back in the channel
(6) lowering the goods slowly whileensuring that the fork does not touch the obstacles during operation process electric Stacker,forklift,pallet truck,battery forklift,tower truck
